  • I've lived at Prairie Crest for almost a year now, and I have no complaints. Office staff is courteous and friendly. Maintenance is quick and attentive. (In fact I just had part of my heater replaced this morning, and it took less than 30 minutes.) Grounds and common areas are well-kept. In my experience, it's fairly quiet, as everyone tends to keep to themselves (at least in my building/on my floor). I'm happy to renew my lease for another year.

Apartments and grounds are well kept and clean. It's nice to live somewhere calm and relaxed, but still have close access to Middleton or downtown Madison.
