ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Want to help your favorite apartment community get more positive reviews while winning some awesome prizes at the same time? If so, keep reading! With a digital world beginning to take over, online reviews are very important to us. In exchange for a positive and honest review, we would like to reward your time with several movie themed prize options. These prizes include, but not limited to:

REDEEMING YOUR PRIZES
To redeem your prizes, take screenshots of each review that you leave. From there, either stop by the property managers office with the photos or attach the screenshots in an email! For each review you leave, the more prizes we will put in your movie themed basket. Complete all 6 reviews and receive every single prize offered (12)! All prizes will be available for pickup in the office, or dropped off at your door, within 2 weeks of the end of the event!

RULES & GUIDANCE
- All reviews must be posted to the websites listed above. All reviews must include a sentence or two describing your experience at Lincoln Street Apartments or with Regency Property Management (reviews that only have a star rating do not qualify).
- If you are dissatisfied with your apartment or service, please reach out to your property manager to discuss your concerns. We are more than happy to work with you to ensure you are a happy resident while living at our apartment.
- All prize baskets can be picked up or delivered within 2 weeks of the event ending. The event runs from 9/15/2021 – 10/15/2021.
- You will only receive one movie basket prize per punch card. Please hold onto your punch card until you are finished leaving reviews as that will determine the number of prizes added to your basket.
